What FORUM is

A wine bar inspired by the European way of gathering around a table: slowly, generously, with something good in your glass, and with friends and loved ones.

Created by Ksenia Knyazeva, founder and owner of Patriam Coffee, FORUM brings together natural wines from producers who care deeply about their land, their craft and what ends up in the bottle. Wines with character, made by people we're excited to know more about.

Expect seasonal, local ingredients, small creative dinner plates made for sharing, delicious bottles, and a few things worth taking home. There will also be lunch, a wine shop, and a rotating selection of cool provisions and to-go favourites.

At its core, FORUM is about coming together. Sharing bottles, stories, laughs, food, and maybe the occasional tear.

Wine that shines. Food that slaps. Good people who love what they do. Come thirsty, stay awhile.
